This is our weighted Calisthenics class. The focus of this class is building up to big one rep maxes! Pull ups/Chin Ups and Dips are the movements you will focus on, in addition to some accessory exercises to complement those movements. If you want to gain a superhuman level of strength, this is the class for you. Prerequisites: Must be able to perform at least 10 clean unbroken bodyweight pull ups and 15 dips for 4/5 rounds.
