This is our bent arm skills class, in this class you will develop the strength and technique for the Bar & Ring Muscle Up, and the HSPU (Handstand push up). This class is for those that already have a good level of strength and understanding in Calisthenics and are looking to take their Cali training to the next level. Prerequisites: Must have at least 10 clean bodyweight pull ups and 15 clean bodyweight dips and be able to kick up to a wall in a handstand.
