For this class we have cherry picked what we think are the best movements to keep you agile, and more importantly, injury free. This class is designed to be repeated multiple times weekly or even daily, these simple but effective exercises will help you strengthen, lengthen and balance the muscles of both the upper and lower body enabling you to function and move better. Prerequisites : None.
