This class is for all levels from beginners to advanced. If you're new to Calisthenics, scroll down this page to find out some important information that will help you

You may need a resistance band for some movements, if you are not yet strong enough to control your own bodyweight.

STRENGTH

INTERMEDIATE

You should be able to perform all of the basic movements of Calisthenics like, the Pull Up, The Dip and the Push Up before attempting this class.

SKILLS

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

You should be able to perform all of the basic movements of Calisthenics like, the Pull Up, The Dip and the Push Up before attempting this class.

THE WARM UP

You should warm up before the class starts, below is an example of a warm up you could do. It should take around 10 minutes.

WRIST MOBILITY

Repeat Twice

LOADED BEAST INTO FORWARD LUNGE

10 reps each side

DOWNWARD DOG INTO UPWARD DOG

10 reps

SHOULDER DISCLOCATES

10 reps

HOLLOW BODY

30 seconds hold for 3 rounds

BACK EXTENTIONS

10 reps for 3 rounds

HOW TO USE RESISTANCE BANDS FOR ASSISTANCE

Banded Pull Ups

If you are using a pull up bar that is close to the ground, you can also put your knees in the band but feet in the band is the preferred way.

Banded Dips

You can also use this technique to do dips on parallel bars. You can also place your knees in the band but feet in the band is the preferred way.

How long are the classes?

Each class is 45 minutes long. You should warm up prior to the start of the class.

Where can I find the link to the Zoom Meeting?

You will receive the link to the Zoom meeting, once you have booked your class. You will find it in your confirmation email

What is the best class for beginners?

The Reps & Sets Class is the best class for beginners, the other classes require you to have a good understand of all the basic Calisthenics movements.
